    Alex
    Welcome Back! 🙂

    Client
    Hello
    Hello

    Alex
    hi

    Client
    how are you?

    Alex
    excellent…and you

    Client
Not too bad thanks! Happy Friday… I have a couple of questions

    Alex
    go for it

    Client
I want to have this set up for a Client of mine, but I don’t want to have to do anything for it…do you guys offer a service where everything will be done for us?

    Alex
    Yes
we have a service called Merchant Help where we do it all for you…which merchant are you looking to export your products to?
Also, how many products and variations are you looking to export

    Client
    I think just Google
    it’s for this Client, #######

    Alex
    one sec…just checking it
ok…roughly how many products do you think your Client has?

    Client
    let me check

    Alex
    k…ty

    Client
it shows 85 in their back end but I don’t think they have all them in stock all the time

    Alex
K…no worries, the number is well within our capabilities
The only area we may have to do some work is with ‘brands’ and MPN…because Google likes to see brand in a particular way.
I would recommend you go with the 5-day trial so you can see how it works
the if you’re happy…we can look at the purchase options

    Client
If I do the 5 day trial will you guys still set everything up for me?

    Alex
    you mean for the trial?

    Client
    yeah
I really don’t want to have to do anything with this lol

    Alex
k…let me share with you the numbers then and see if you think your Client will be ok with it
don’t want to invest the time only to have them say it’s too much money
    make sense

    Client
    of course

    Alex
k…the lic fee is $239 annually or $75 every three months.
The merchant help is 495 onetime and we can create and install up to 10 feeds
    how does that sound

    Client
do we pay for each feed if we want to do more than one?

    Alex
no…the license covers multiple feeds, but Google I think restricted you to 15 feeds…I have to check

    Client
and what is a feed? a product?
sorry I’ve never done anything with this before

    Alex
No…a feed is essentially a category
    no worries…we’re here to help
    so the category of LOBSTERS…
    or SEAFOOD vs. Beef
then under the category you would list the various lobsters
    make sense?
    are you there?

    Client
yes, just had to take a call

    Alex
    ah…k

    Client
for they’re essentially only have 3 feeds right?

    Alex
    yes
    well within Googles’ limits
    so are the prices manageable
So suppose you want to export Amazon
you can have feeds created to export to Amazon

    Client
    hmmm….ok

    Alex
The lic itself does not limit you on the number of feeds
it’s the merchants that limit you

    Client
and how many other feeds will you guys set up for us with the Pro Version

    Alex
for the 495 onetime…we will setup and install up to 10 feeds
to be clear if you went with the Pro version
the annual license fee would be 239 and the onetime up front is 495

    Client
where would I find a list of the feeds that are avaible for them?

    Alex
    one sec…
in this link…you will see all the merchants we support – http://www.shoppingcartproductfeed.com/question/targets-plugin-support/
we can create feeds for these merchants
are you using WordPress for the site?

    Client
    yes

    Alex
    k..good
so if you think your Client will be ok with the numbers, I’m prepared to invest in setting you up for the trial
we can create one feed for testing purpose
Also, does your Client already have a sellers account with Google?

    Client
I do think they’ll be ok with the #’s….of course I just have to talk to them about it first….we tried to use GoDataFeed, but they don’t integrate with WooCommerce so they lost some $ there
    I don’t think si
    so

    Alex
ok…so your Client will need to establish an account with Google before we can begin the trial

    Client
    ok
I have to step into a meeting…can I have a contact for you when they’re ready to start this? Or one of someone who will be able to help

    Alex
ping me your email and I’ll send you a couple of slides with information about our plugin

    Alex@shoppingcartproductfeed.com

    Client
    ###@###.###

    Alex
    nice to meet you ####

    Client
    likewise Alex

    Alex
    watch for the email..
    and happy weekend

    Client
    thank you, you as well
Client rated this chat as good.
